Kung Fu Mama reflects the life stories of both its founders. Chris grew up surrounded by wonderful food and brought his knowledge, heritage, and passion from Taipei to London. Noam co-founded Ottolenghi, one of the UK market’s most influential food brands, renowned for its freshness, bold flavours, and health-forward approach.

This East-meets-West combination gave rise to the vibrant brand that is Kung Fu Mama — a celebration of authentic Taiwanese roots, creative London energy, and food made with love.
